- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt
Combine 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 teaspoon sugar in glass; stir until sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup tequila, ice and top off with 1/4 cup club soda. Rub the rim of a glass with a grapefruit wedge. Pour salt on a plate and dip rim of glass in salt. Add cocktail to the glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
- 2 oz chilled brut champagne
- 1.5 oz gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 lemon
Use paring knife to peel some lemon zest into a long thin spiral. In a shaker, filled with 2/3 ice, combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Strain the mix into a chilled flute glass and top with champagne. Curl lemon peel around your finger to create a twist and set it into your drink so it cascades down one side. Close your eyes, take a sip and admire your chic new skills!
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 cube of sugar
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 orange slice
Place the sugar cube into an old fashioned glass and soak it with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters. Add orange slice and muddle. Fill with ice. Add two ounces of bourbon. Stir. Add maraschino cherry on top. Enjoy!
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz Rose’s sweetened lime juice
- 1 lime
Fill your shaker 2/3 of the way with ice and pour 1.5 oz vodka and 1oz Rose’s sweetened lime juice into it. Give it a nice shake and pour the contents into a glass. Take one quarter of a lime and press it all around the rim of the glass so it gets fresh lime juice on it. Squeeze the remaining juice into the Gimlet. Don’t stir and drink it straight up.
- 1/2 cup Pimm’s No. 1
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1/3 persian cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 orange and lemon, sliced into half-moons
- 3 large mint sprigs, crushed in cup, plus a few loose leaves for decoration
Fill a pitcher 1/4 full with ice. Add a layer of orange, lemon and cucumber slices. Pour in the Pimm’s and ginger ale and mix. Poke mint sprigs and leaves into the pitcher and individual glasses. Pour and enjoy!
